Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation for new technology partners, ensuring seamless integration with Addepar’s platform • Design and implement robust integration solutions using APIs, Single Sign-On (SSO), and secure file delivery methods • Leverage and troubleshoot RESTful APIs and other service technologies (e.g., SOAP) for data exchange and functional integration • Work with data in formats such as JSON and XML, with the ability to parse, transform, and map as needed • Implement secure API authentication and authorisation protocols (e.g., API keys, OAuth 2.0) • Collaborate with partners to assess technical requirements and advise on integration best practices • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration guides and workflow diagrams • Support and troubleshoot technical issues during and after partner integration to ensure a smooth experienceRespond to and prioritise support requests from existing partners in a timely and effective manner • Engage with Addepar’s R&D teams to stay informed of product updates and provide feedback on platform improvements
