Requirements
• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field • Strong programming skills with detailed knowledge of Java • Experience working with JIRA in a support or delivery capacity • Knowledge of one or more of: GWT, MySQL, Oracle, Tomcat, Linux, AWS • Experience introducing new IT or informatics solutions into a laboratory setting • An interest in learning about LIMS, ELN, & similar scientific software within a laboratory or informatics setting • Strong analytical, problem-solving and fact-finding skills • Proven organisational skills, with the ability to deliver agreed workload within deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail • Self-starter who is happy to learn from colleagues • Highly respected and trusted by the customers you work with • Great communicator with strong collaboration skills • Determined and persistent problem solver • Focused on activities that add value and avoiding those that do not • Maintain the highest standards of integrity and respect for coworkers, customers, and prospects
Responsibilities
• Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of Sapio Sciences’ products and services. • Work with the Sapio Sciences team to develop and deploy solutions for EMEA customers. • Work closely with Business Analysts and Solution Architects to understand business requirements and processes. • Configure Sapio products to meet time, budget, quality, and customer success criteria. • Train customers on the configuration and use of Sapio Sciences products. • Support customers in the subsequent implementation of the configuration and provide help via the support portal on a rotating basis. • Follow Sapio Sciences agile deployment methodology and meticulously manage all AE-related deployment documentation.
