Responsibilities
• Own and execute HR strategy across the U.S. and Israel in direct support of the company's growth and business goals. • Embed AI across the HR function, using AI tools personally and building AI-augmented workflows for recruiting, onboarding, performance, and people analytics so a lean team operates with outsized leverage. • Lead recruitment end to end, from talent acquisition through onboarding, delivering a top-tier candidate and employee experience. • Drive a high-performing global work environment through employee engagement, professional development, and retention. • Serve as a strategic advisor to the COO and senior leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning. • Lead compensation, benefits, and performance management to keep our practices competitive, equitable, and clear. • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local and global labor laws and a fair, inclusive workplace. • Design training and development programs that support career growth and continuous learning. • Own the HR tech stack, implementing and optimizing the HRIS and supporting systems to drive efficiency and data-driven decisions. • Ensure compliance with all Israeli and U.S. employment laws and regulations.
