• Strong execution mindset with the ability to deliver high-quality copy quickly • Solid understanding of paid ad copywriting for Google, Meta, and TikTok • Knowledge of SEO fundamentals for websites and landing pages • Ability to adapt tone and messaging across platforms and funnel stages • Strong attention to detail in grammar, clarity, and structure • Comfortable working across multiple brands in fast-paced environments • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Figma, Canva, and PowerPoint • Understanding of UX basics, landing page structure, and conversion-focused messaging • 2–5 years of experience in copywriting, content writing, or performance marketing roles • Experience working in agency or fast-growth digital teams • Familiarity with ecommerce and conversion-focused content strategy • Experience writing SEO landing pages and paid advertising copy • Ability to contribute to content systems, messaging frameworks, or playbooks • Curiosity to experiment, test, and continuously improve copy performance • Key Performance Indicators • Copy Performance: CTR and CVR impact across paid media campaigns. • SEO Effectiveness: Landing page engagement and ranking contribution. • Execution Speed: Turnaround time from brief to live copy. • Iteration Quality: Effectiveness of copy variants and tests. • POD Collaboration: Quality of alignment and delivery across teams. • Creative & Technical Capability: Ability to balance creativity with performance fundamentals. • Adaptability & Learning: Speed of improvement and openness to feedback.
