Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management • Proven program management track record leading implementation and/or post implementation teams, whilst still have a good understanding of technical knowledge • Proven ability to work both independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment • Ability to quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills – our company language is English • Project Management Certification or equivalent relevant experience • Experience in the Lifesciences Quality, Clinical, Regulatory, or Drug Safety spaces • Experience with Data or Content Management applications • Direct experience with systems such as Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Google Docs, SharePoint, Smartsheet

Responsibilities

• Lead Consultant/Program Leader for DevCloud Services in Poland - Cracow with a focus on remote work arrangements within the Professional Services sector. • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets as part of consulting engagements or program leads for DevCloud services. • Develop strategic plans that align business goals with IT initiatives in the context of cloud solutions within Veeva Systems' portfolio. • Facilitate communication between technical teams (developers, architects) and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met. • Monitor progress against timelines and budgets; provide regular status updates during team meetings or one-on-one check-ins with direct reports/team members as needed. • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, efficiency gains within the DevCloud services division to enhance overall performance of Veeva Systems' cloud solutions offerings. • Participate in client meetings and presentations; provide technical guidance on product features or capabilities when requested by clients during consulting engagements/program leads for DevCloud Services projects. • Maintain a current understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices related to cloud computing services within Veeva Systems' portfolio as well as competitive landscape; stay informed through continuous learning and professional development activities such as attending conferences or webinars relevant to the field when possible. • Actively seek feedback from clients on their experience with DevCloud Services projects, addressing any concerns promptly while maintaining positive relationships between Veeva Systems' consultants/program leads for cloud solutions engagements and client organizations across Europe (Poland - Cracow). • Represent the company at industry events or conferences when invited; network effectively to build new business opportunities within DevCloud Services division. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during consulting engagements/program leads for cloud solutions projects with clients while adhering strictly to Veeva Systems' privacy policies and procedures as outlined in the Privacy Notice on this website (https://www.veevasystems.com/). • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as project managers, business analysts or other consultants working within DevCloud Services division to ensure seamless handoffs between engagements/program leads for cloud solutions projects and maintain continuity of service delivery across Veeva Systems' portfolio. • Participate in regular performance evaluations with direct supervisors; provide constructive feedback on areas requiring improvement while celebrating successes achieved during consulting engagements or program lead roles within DevCloud Services division at Veeva Systems (Poland - Cracow).
