Requirements
• Thrives in target-driven, ambitious environments with a high level of resilience and tenacity • Experience in digital advertising sales and a proven track record of managing brand relationships, with a deep understanding of media metrics and partner ROI • Process driven with strong operational rigor: experienced in using CRM systems and SLA tracking tools to manage extensive client lists with multi-stage pipelines • Pragmatic collaborator who combines assertive cross-functional communication with strong business acumen; knowing when to push for delivery and when to adapt to strategic trade-offs • Bonus: retail media and performance marketing skillset
Responsibilities
• Manage a high-velocity pipeline of new and existing clients with accountability for the entire sales cycle; from lead generation to closing deals and optimising retention • Leverage data, insights, and measurement to build innovative marketing communication plans that reach partner audience targets and achieve partner KPIs • Work closely with a dedicated Account Manager to streamline pre-sales efforts and identify optimisation/upsell opportunities • Be an internal advocate for your accounts, holding internal stakeholders accountable to delivery SLAs and identifying and unblocking operational bottlenecks
