Requirements

• 10 to 15 years in high-growth environments: startups, operations, consulting, finance, fintech. Has owned a number and talks about it the way owners do. • Diaspora-fluent. Real knowledge of and networks in the Indian diaspora, and real curiosity about it. Migration patterns, community structures, who sends money to whom and why. • Commercially sharp. Holds pricing, unit economics and CAC math in their head, and works the data directly. Excel or Sheets required, SQL a real plus. • A hustler with judgment. Closes a bank partnership Monday, reviews corridor margins Tuesday, shows up at a community event in Jackson Heights on Saturday. Likes all three. • A regulatory realist. Understands (or can quickly master) RBI rules and the compliance realities of moving money into India. Treats compliance as a partner, not an obstacle. • Multilingual, ideally. Fluent in English. Hindi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu or Malayalam are genuine assets. • Location: London or Dubai. Regular travel to India and sending markets is part of the job.
