• In this role, you’ll work closely with both customers and our Simulation Engineers, Software Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers and Data Scientists to understand and define the engineering and physics challenges we are build solutions for. You will:
• Build and maintain relationships with users and senior decision-makers at our customers
• Run the account operating rhythm: executive reviews, account reporting, and tracking of delivery progress and value
• Own the customer onboarding journey and drive change management, making sure what we build gets adopted and creates measurable value
• Track adoption and engagement, working side-by-side with customers to collect signal and feedback
• Support the running of customer delivery teams, including onboarding of embedded team members, team health surveys, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
• Build AI-enabled tooling to make account operations faster and more scalable
• Support new business development on the account and in adjacent semiconductor opportunities, including identifying problems and stakeholders, preparing proposals, and supporting contracting
• Translate customer industry challenges into product feedback for the product team
