Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle implementation projects for new and existing clients across the APAC market. • Manage data onboarding, portfolio setup, and system configuration with precision, ensuring data integrity and client satisfaction. • Coordinate with certified partners to deliver scalable implementations and ongoing enhancements. • Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders and become a strategic partner in helping them achieve their goals. • Define and manage project expectations clearly across client and internal teams, balancing multiple time zones and priorities. • Serve as a subject-matter expert on Addepar’s platform and its application to wealth and investment management workflows. • Contribute to playbooks, tools, and delivery best practices adapted for the APAC market. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Client Success to ensure seamless client handoffs and delivery excellence.
