Requirements

• A track record of unlocking actionable insights that drive revenue growth, with the ability to translate data into business strategy. • You know the technology and the shortest path to value. You are conhands-on with the CRM (ideally Salesforce), reporting, data analytics and AI and you can point to real results. • You’ve worked closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive results. You understand what drives customer behaviour and how to get the most out of the sales funnel. • You’ve built with and on top of AI, producing systems that drive real business outcomes. • You’ve got experience getting frontline teams to change how they work, and making it stick. • You can own and prioritise your own roadmap alongside business-critical change, with a small team and a broad remit. • You’ve demonstrated the ability to manage multiple high-level stakeholders. • Proven ability to get the best from a small, expert team. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
