Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own lifecycle strategy for institutional engagement, prioritizing opportunities across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention • Define and execute automated and triggered contact strategies to support engagement goals • Build lifecycle campaigns aligned with key customer moments, in collaboration with cross-functional partners • Use segmentation and experimentation (e.g., A/B testing) to optimize creative, targeting, and messaging • Establish performance reporting to measure impact and guide roadmap planning • Operate lifecycle tools and data systems to deliver personalized, compliant communications at scale
