greatquestion - Product Manager

• You’ve worked on B2B workflow products, especially multi-step flows where state and status get complicated. • You’ve worked hands-on with agent runtimes, or measured the quality of AI output. • You’ve been on a remote, async team before. • This is a fun problem for product people • If you’ve been a PM or designer for a while, you’ve shipped something without enough customer signal and wondered afterward if you got it right. That’s the problem we work on. • You’ll get to throw the newest AI capabilities at it, and a lot of what we’re building wasn’t possible a year ago. Nobody has figured out how builders can seamlessly incorporate customer signal into the dozens of decisions they make each week. It is a real chance to innovate. • We’re a small, senior team. You’ll own an area end to end, and we care more about what changed for customers than about what shipped. • Product, design and engineering work closely together, and everyone stays close to customers. We’re remote, so we write things down and lean on async.
