Requirements

• Professional experience as a Registered Nurse and active RN license • A bachelor’s in nursing (BSN) degree • Experience in teaching, academic advising, student support, or clinical education • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and motivate students • Strong communication skills and high attention to detail to ensure our students’ issues are resolved in the most efficient manner • Availability to work approximately 20 hours per week and the flexibility to offer evening and/or weekend support to students who are simultaneously working in the medical field • Interview Process: • Intro Call with Talent Team • Interview with the Program Coordinator • Case Study Assignment • Final Interview • The hourly rate range for this opportunity is $25.00/hour - $30.00/hour. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, internal pay equity and other relevant business considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor for a cohort of nursing students, from onboarding through graduation • Build strong relationships with students to drive engagement, retention, and program completion • Proactively identify at-risk students and intervene early to improve outcomes • Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support study skills, time management, and clinical readiness • Help students understand program expectations, schedules, and clinical requirements • Work closely with instructors, clinical coordinators, and operations teams to ensure a seamless student experience • Support students in navigating Stepful’s LMS, virtual classroom tools, and other required technology platforms
