• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. • 5+ years of experience successfully managing direct reports in a professional services environment. • 7+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects, preferably in a client-facing professional services capacity. • Active Project Management certification (PMP, Agile certification) or equivalent preferred.Background in Business Analysis or process development. • Focus on outcomes and results, not just process. • Experience with organizational change management methodologies like Prosci. • Deep proficiency in PM tooling, like Asana and Jira. • Experienced in Asana, Jira, and resource management tools preferred • Experience with the Google Marketing Platform (GMP) is highly preferred; experience with Adobe marketing tools is a significant plus. • Superior written and oral communication skills, with the ability to maintain poise in high-pressure situations. • Nimble and analytical mindset with a high degree of perseverance and tolerance for ambiguity. • This position pays a base salary of $120,000 to $135,000 per year. This position is eligible for a semi-annual individual bonus based on performance.
