Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a brand-focused creative agency, with an award-winning portfolio of integrated brand systems. • A strong balance of strategic rigor, storytelling ability, and hands-on creative craft when required. • Fluency across modern brand ecosystems—embracing digital-first experiences, motion, and emerging AI design tools alongside tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Miro. • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with natural business acumen and client relationship-building expertise. • Based in Singapore (or willing to relocate) for our collaborative hybrid studio model.

Responsibilities
