• Experience designing and building websites, with work you can show us that demonstrates both visual judgement and technical ability. • Highly proficient with React, TypeScript, Tailwind and have a solid grasp of modern frontend architecture. • Confidence taking work from an initial idea into production. • An eye for typography, layout, hierarchy and interaction - and an understanding of how those choices help communication. • Comfort exploring ideas in design tools and code, choosing whichever helps you make progress. • Experience with reusable components, content management or publishing workflows. • An interest in websites as a creative discipline: helping people understand a product and giving them a reason to try it. • You enjoy taking ownership, bringing ideas and following them through. You can move between a substantial redesign and a small improvement, applying judgement about where extra polish will make the biggest difference. • You’re comfortable collaborating with marketing, design and product colleagues, asking good questions about a brief and helping shape the solution.
