7+ years of experience in brand writing or copywriting at top agencies, technology companies, or elite in-house creative teams
Proven ability to concept and execute high-performing copy across paid, social, product marketing, and owned channels
Strong conceptual thinker with experience writing for multiple brands and formats
Mastery of language, storytelling, voice, and craft, with exceptional attention to detail
Portfolio demonstrating world-class copywriting across campaigns and platforms; award-winning work strongly preferred
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, product, and design teams
Comfortable working autonomously and driving work from concept through final execution in fast-paced, iterative environments
Able to take feedback constructively and use it to elevate the work
Demonstrated bias for action, with the ability to move from a blank page to final execution quickly
Experience developing breakthrough creative in regulated or compliance-conscious environments
Deep understanding of finance, particularly private markets
Portfolio that proves you can make traditionally “boring” channels (e.g., Display, Email) feel award-worthy
Proven success speaking to both institutional B2B audiences and sophisticated HNW individuals
Deep understanding of platform-specific best practices on LinkedIn and Reddit—and when and how to challenge the status quo

Responsibilities
Concept and execute best-in-class copy across digital and paid channels including Paid Media (LinkedIn, Reddit, Search, Display), Website, OOH, Email, Events
Translate performance data, testing results, and insights into sharper creative ideas and directions
Navigate the complexity of finance and private markets while keeping the work high quality, compelling, and persuasive.
Balance speed, experimentation, and iteration with exceptional craft and attention to detail
Bring a strong brand sensibility to performance work, influencing voice and tone without redefining it
Present work clearly and confidently, articulating creative rationale to internal stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally with design, product and other business teams to ensure cohesive messaging across touchpoints
Raise the bar for creative quality, clarity, and effectiveness
