• You don't just find people; you find the right people, right now. • GTM Recruiting experience: You must have a solid grasp of the GTM landscape; you should understand how Sales people operate, what makes them tick. • Revenue Fluency: You speak the language of sales. You understand quotas, territories, and what makes a "top 1%" AE or Sales Engineer. • Relationship Building: The ability to push back on hiring managers when necessary and provide expert guidance on the talent landscape. • Adaptability: The agility to pivot priorities as the business evolves, maintaining a cool head under pressure. • This role is based in Austin.
