Requirements
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting high-volume, customer-facing, sales, or contact center environments. • Ideal candidates have recruited high-volume customer-facing teams in call center, customer service, sales, collections, loan servicing, banking, fintech, or similar operational environments. • Experience sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels. • Ability to review recruiting metrics and hiring data to track progress and support recruiting activities. • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with candidates and hiring managers. • Experience utilizing applicant tracking systems, recruiting technologies, and sourcing tools to support efficient hiring processes. • Ability to leverage recruiting metrics and hiring data to inform sourcing strategies and measure success. • Passion for delivering a high-quality candidate experience. • Experience within financial services, lending, banking, fintech, or other regulated industries preferred. • Location • This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to work from a location that works best for you. While you'll primarily work from home, occasional travel to our Irving, TX office may be required a few times a year for team meetings, training, planning sessions, or other collaborative events. All team members must reside in one of our approved hiring locations by their start date.
Responsibilities
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting for high-volume contact centers, customer service, collections, loan servicing, sales, or operations roles strongly preferred. • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, execute recruiting plans, and provide regular updates throughout the hiring process. • Source, engage, and assess talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, job boards, and other sourcing channels. • Build and maintain talent pipelines to support current and future hiring needs. • Deliver a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, managing the interview process, and ensuring every candidate receives a final hiring decision. • Partner with hiring managers, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to support a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding, helping ensure new hires are set up for success and have a positive first-day experience. • Coordinate interviews and facilitate collaboration between candidates, hiring teams, HR, and cross-functional partners throughout the hiring and onboarding process. • Maintain accurate candidate, interview, and hiring data within Ashby, leveraging recruiting metrics and reporting to monitor progress and support hiring decisions. • Utilize recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, and automation tools to improve recruiter efficiency and candidate engagement. • Identify and implement improvements to recruiting processes, candidate experience, and team workflows to enhance overall hiring effectiveness.

This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is motivated by connecting great talent with meaningful opportunities. • As a Recruiter, you'll manage full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily supporting our Sales, Loan Servicing, Customer Onboarding, and Customer Experience teams, while also partnering on hiring initiatives across other business functions as needed.
