Lido Finance - Strategic Project Manager

• End-to-End Project Management: Take full ownership of a diverse portfolio of cross-functional operational initiatives, driving them from initiation to successful delivery. • Strategic Initiatives & Goal Setting: Drive execution of the organization's new strategic narrative across the Operations Unit: structure the workstreams, manage timelines, and ensure alignment between moving parts. • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the central point of contact between various departments, aligning teams, unblocking dependencies, and ensuring smooth collaboration. • Process Optimization & Change Management: Support and execute organizational changes, operational workflows, and resource efficiency initiatives. • AI Transformation: Lead and manage projects focused on integrating AI solutions and automation workflows into day-to-day operations within the Operations Unit; act as a genuine advocate and early adopter. • Strong Project Management • Proven track record of managing and delivering multiple diverse, cross-functional projects simultaneously from conception to completion. • Execution & Organization: Exceptional organizational • with a strong "get things done" mindset. Ability to drive cross-functional teams toward deadlines. • Communication: Outstanding organizational • coupled with senior-level communication capabilities, with a demonstrated ability to influence and manage diverse stakeholders. • AI Familiarity: Practical awareness of current AI tools and a foundational understanding of AI agents and how they can be applied to business operations. • Industry Context: • working in international, fast-paced tech environments. Background or strong interest in cryptocurrency / Web3 space is highly preferred.
