Sprinto - Enterprise Solution Engineer

• 8–12+ years of experience in Solution Engineering, Pre-sales, Solution Architecture, Information Security, or GRC consulting. • Demonstrated success supporting complex enterprise sales cycles with senior security stakeholders across large organisations. • Deep understanding of enterprise security, governance, risk, and compliance, with hands-on knowledge of frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST, NIS2, TISAX, and similar standards. • Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements across APAC and EMEA, including RBI, SEBI, IRDAI, CERT-In, DPDP Act, and related security regulations. • Strong cloud and SaaS architecture knowledge across AWS, Azure, GCP, identity management, and hybrid enterprise environments. • Ability to engage experienced CISOs as a trusted advisor by discussing security strategy, control philosophy, audit readiness, and risk—not just product capabilities. • Experience working with enterprise security or GRC platforms, or within consulting organisations advising large regulated enterprises. • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly preferred. • Strong executive presence, communication, and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business leaders while going deep with security practitioners. • Proven ability to collaborate across Sales, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success while operating with high ownership, curiosity, and a bias for action. • ## How We Care For Our Sprinters : • Work wherever you are: We’re 100% remote, so you get to choose if you want to work from home, cafe, hills or beaches. • Co-working, on the house: If co-working is your jam, we offer a generous annual allowance of up to INR 14,000 annually* for social working. • We care about your learning: We are invested in seeing you grow, and commit USD 1000 annually to help you level up your skills. • We count your spark, not your leaves: We care about you not just as an employee, but as a person.
