Responsibilities
• Continuously update and monitor salary benchmarks for current and upcoming positions to ensure market competitiveness • Oversee relationships with benchmarking service providers to ensure accurate and up-to-date data • Conduct market trend research and its analysis to anticipate shifts in benchmarks and benefits for adjustment of compensation strategies accordingly • Pay review process administration and participation in its optimization • Development and optimization of the employee wellness benefits offering • Deliver actionable people analytics insights (with a focus on the rewards area) and reports to support informed decision-making. • Create rewards-related documentation and process description
