Mercury - Senior Product Manager - Dashboard Experience

• Take ownership of an underdefined, high-stakes surface and develop a real point of view on what it should be; starting with Tasks, Home, and Notifications • Lead a redesign of the Mercury home page: what belongs on it, what doesn't, and how it earns its real estate as the product's job for the customer changes • Design the unified logic behind tasks, lifecycle updates, and in-product alerts • Partner closely with Command, agents, and product teams that will increasingly lean on these surfaces to drive intent • Set direction and a prioritized roadmap, balancing user needs against the needs of every product team that depends on Dashboard as connective tissue • Work as a true collaborator with design, shaping the visual and interaction language of core surfaces • Operate independently in ambiguity, contributing to the visioning, sequencing, and execution of a multi-phase overhaul of horizontal Dashboard experiences • Regularly present strategy and tradeoffs to company leadership • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into insights that inform the team's work • What we need from you: • 7+ years of relevant product management experience, preferably on horizontal product or platform teams accountable for a quality user experience. Bonus points for cohesive dashboard experience in fintech • Deep design taste. You believe how something looks and feels is part of what it does • A track record of turning ambiguity into a clear point of view, independently • Real fluency working with designers as a peer, you're energized by working alongside partners and stakeholders who are obsessed with the details • The ability to take complex problems end to end (research, design, engineering, GTM, stakeholder management) autonomously • The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options/RSUs), and benefits. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers. • Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following: • US employees (any location): $200,700 - $250,900 • Canadian employees (any location): CAD 189,700 - 237,100
