Profound - Visual Designer
Requirements

Profound’s total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process. Responsibilities
• Create polished, impactful presentations, graphics, and digital assets that clearly communicate Profound’s vision, value, and product capabilities • Move quickly to produce high-quality design assets on short timelines, balancing speed and excellence without compromising quality • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to translate complex ideas into visually engaging narratives • Work fluidly across Google Slides and Figma, adapting designs for diverse contexts including sales decks, marketing materials, and product mockups • Ensure visual coherence across all customer touchpoints and refine and evolve brand guidelines as needed
