Requirements
• Strong portfolio demonstrating marketing, web, and motion design work • Solid experience with Webflow, including page building and animations • Advanced motion design and video editing skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar tools) • Strong illustration and icon design skills • Excellent visual composition, typography, and layout skills • Ability to adapt design across multiple formats: web, video, social media, email, and print • Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams independently • Experience collaborating with product, marketing, and leadership teams • English sufficient for professional communication and content preparation • What Else Matters • What Else Matters • Strong ownership and proactivity • High attention to detail and quality • Ability to switch between different types of tasks efficiently • Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand the product • Figma or similar design tools • Motion and video editing tools • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for effective work in Webflow • Experience working with B2B or enterprise products • Experience creating materials for exhibitions and industry events • Understanding of brand system development and visual consistency
Responsibilities
• Maintain and evolve our corporate website built in Webflow, assembling pages, sections, and animations based on existing brand guidelines • Create visuals for social media and blog content • Design marketing materials, including infographics for external publications • Develop and manage the in-product announcement system (feature banners, release communications, update visuals) • Prepare presentations for board meetings, executive reviews, and client discussions • Produce product walkthrough videos explaining how features work • Create marketing videos showcasing new features and product capabilities • Design print materials for exhibitions and industry events • Create visual assets for enterprise email campaigns • Design graphics and icons for eCommerce theming and client-facing storefront customization
