• 3+ Years Experience with Salesforce • Experience in a Business Analyst role • Understanding of relational databases including data modeling, mapping and/or data conversion. • Extensive knowledge & Experience with Salesforce Implementation and hands on configuration experience, inclusive of exposure to a variety of Salesforce products • Hands-on in-depth experience using advanced Salesforce Flows • Previous consulting experience  or working experience in Higher Education and understanding Salesforce Education Data Model • Performed hands-on application configuration with external system integration and data migration. • Supported the development and delivery of training. • Supported the planning and execution of system UAT. • Exceptionally self-motivated and directed as well as ability to set and manage priorities preferred • Experience in business analysis techniques including requirements analysis, conceptual design, creating detailed design specifications, and quality assurance. • Presentation skills, superior analytical, written, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication skills and ability to drive results. • Ability to succeed in fast-paced, highly collaborative and team-oriented environments supporting multiple client engagements. • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, organizational and workload planning skills • Working knowledge of Query, reports, tables and master data
