Requirements

• You will be a good fit to join the Sales team at Alan if you: • Have at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales • Have a strong track record selling to large and enterprise companies (200+ employees) and understand how they operate • Are fully fluent in Dutch and/or French with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English • Are highly organized with exceptional follow-up skills • Have strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset • Have empathy and are passionate about understanding and solving prospects' problems • Have the ability to thrive and collaborate in a fast-paced, high-performance team • Have a desire to learn fast and make an impact from day 1 • Understand Belgian business culture and can navigate both formal and relationship-driven sales approaches • Everything else is a plus.
