Requirements
• Strong academic credentials in a quantitative or analytical field (e.g. Data Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related disciplines). • 2–4 years of relevant experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytical roles. • Experience working with Tableau and Salesforce is a strong plus, with hands-on experience building dashboards, reports, and data-driven solutions. • Solid foundation in data analysis and querying (e.g. SQL), with experience working with structured datasets and multiple data sources (e.g. CRM, operational, or financial data). • Exposure to analytics automation, AI-enabled tools, or machine-learning concepts is a plus, with curiosity and willingness to learn and apply new technologies. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Highly collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, while also being comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive, with a hands-on approach to building, improving, and maintaining analytics data products. • Exposure to Private Markets or Alternative Investment landscape is a plus • We believe the best ideas and innovation happen when we are together. Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end design, build and maintenance of operational and executive dashboards (e.g. Salesforce / Tableau / BI tools), ensuring clarity, accuracy and performance. • Integrate CRM data (e.g. Salesforce and Tableau) into analytics workflows and reports including but not limited to sales, funnel or account metrics. • Translate stakeholder questions into analytics requirements and KPI definitions; design metric definitions and dashboard wireframes that support decision-making. • Extract, transform and prepare data for reporting (SQL, ETL pipelines), joining multiple sources and ensuring data quality / lineage. • Build automated reporting (schedules, alerts, refreshes) and dashboards that scale and reduce manual work by automating queries, visualizations and distribution. • Deliver ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses (root-cause, cohort, funnel, A/B experiment readouts) and translate findings into actionable recommendations for various teams. • Act as the analytics partner and present insights to non-technical stakeholders and advise on metric tracking and instrumentation improvements. • Maintain documentation (dashboard specs, data dictionary, SLA for data refreshes), and triage data issues with engineering / data-platform teams. • Support the execution of key strategic and AI initiatives to drive business growth
