• 3 or more years project management experience with a proven record of accomplishment of successfully delivering projects to senior executives/sponsors for Fortune 500 customers; experience working on and managing enterprise scale IT, Service Delivery, or similar projects or equivalent experience. • PMP Certification. • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, other related technical field, or equivalent experience. • Demonstrable flexibility and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities. • Strong negotiation, problem solving, risk management, prioritization, decision making and organizational skills. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive level presence and experience in communications facilitation. • Demonstrated success in a customer-facing role requiring a high level of individual responsibility, sound business judgment and large enterprise account management, including an aptitude for improving customer satisfaction. • A natural self-starter, with strong team building, conflict resolution and collaboration skills. • Maintaining reliable and predictable attendance with experience managing a high volume of activity, and a large number of projects, in a fast-paced growing organization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize. • Experience working within Network Security is highly preferred • Spanish language skills would be preferred.
