Remote Mid APAC Customer Success Manager HubSpot Customer Relations

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment; experience in healthcare and/or Australian Based companies is advantageous • Strong english skills (verbal and written) is essential as this role will be communicating via phone, email, and live chat • Strong technology skills and/or the ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front) • Strong attention to detail • Experience problem solving with customers and identifying other potential issues to resolve • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A passion for health and wellbeing

Responsibilities

• Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and/or outbound calls. • Respond to request a call back enquiries • Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc. • Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required • Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks
