Requirements
• 5-7 years of progressively responsible BI and data analysis experience; operates highly independently at the senior level. • P& C Insurance domain experience required; Workers’ Compensation preferred • Expert-level skills in SQL, Power BI, and advanced analytics tools • Advanced programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages • Excellent stakeholder collaboration with Product/Underwriting/PMO; able to translate business needs into trusted BI assets • Proven track record of delivering high-impact business insights • Leadership and mentoring experience • Advanced degree preferred (Master's in Data Science, Statistics, or related field) • This role also offers bonus pay. Actual starting pay will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, training, and experience.
