Requirements
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise IAM/IGA projects. • Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements. • Experience with Identity Governance and Administration concepts, including: • Identity Lifecycle Management • Access Certification • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Birthright Access
Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Identity Governance (IGA) implementations. • Manage multiple concurrent customer engagements across the UK. • Serve as the primary customer contact throughout project delivery. • Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors. • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned to customer expectations. • Develop project plans, delivery schedules, RAID logs, and status reporting. • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and change requests. • Coordinate internal consultants, architects, business analysts, and technical teams. • Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and executive status reviews. • Ensure project documentation and delivery governance. • Report into Senior Identity Leadership • Joiner/Mover/Leaver processes • Identity Provisioning • Experience leading multiple enterprise software implementation projects. • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills. • Experience delivering UK enterprise IAM/IGA implementations. • Experience working within consulting or professional services organizations. • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies. • Experience with regulated industries such as manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services, or healthcare. • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or equivalent project management certification. • SailPoint and/or CyberArk certifications are.
