Strong in brand or motion or 3D, able to hold your own in the others. • Self-directed. You've scoped, sequenced, and driven real projects without someone telling you the next step and made the calls yourself when the brief was ambiguous. • Someone who pitches rather than asks permission. You bring a direction and argue for it. • Unbothered by direct feedback. We're small, fast, and radically transparent with each other. • Sitting on a portfolio with real range. You shipped work, not concepts, ideally something you took from nothing to live under time pressure. • Crypto, fintech experience — enough that you're not learning what a protocol is on the job. • In-house experience at an early-stage company. • 3D or motion as a genuine strength rather than a passing familiarity.
