OKX - Vice President of Product, AI and Agent
Responsibilities
• Drive product roadmap for key components of AI and agent platforms or application products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs • Track the latest global AI product and technology advancements, and define and design high-value AI-driven features • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from conception through launch, including writing PRDs, technical specifications, and product operations • Develop and track success metrics, conduct data analysis to measure product performance and identify areas for improvement • Build strong partnerships with stakeholders across the company, including Science, Engineering, Design, Business Development, and Legal teams • Drive technical decisions that balance customer experience, technical feasibility, and business requirements • What We Look For In You • Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent • 7+ years of AI and related industry experience with at least 3+ years in technical product management • Strong technical background and proven track record of delivering complex technical products at scale • Excellence in written and verbal communication of English and Mandarin, with the ability to translate technical concepts for various audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making • Experience working with technical teams and managing complex stakeholder relationships • Nice-To-Haves • Nice-To-Haves • Phd's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, analytics, mathematics, IT or equivalent • Strong technical understanding of ML/AI concepts, particularly in NLP and LLMs • Solid track record of innovation and zero-to-one product development and operations • Experience with successful Conversational AI or Agentic AI products
