• Extensive Greenhouse knowledge • Project management experience • 3+ years experience advising on talent-related functions • Experience helping to build internal programs and process improvements • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; assertive, strategic and thoughtful • Demonstrated ability to manage and work well on a team, and adapt to a constantly changing environment with competing priorities • Comfortable using AI tools day-to-day and curious about how they could help customers get more out of their recruiting process • Your own unique talents!
