• Taking inbound and outbound calls at large volumes from various businesses, primarily medical offices, including cold calls
• Researching facilities using provided resources
• Composing emails to send to our clients
• General data entry, updating files
• Working as a team to coordinate efforts to complete projects within tight deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• The ability to type at least 50 wpm and strong note taking skills.
• Knowledge of the varying types of medical facilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA (the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), preferred.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, while typing notes
• Flexible schedule. Most of the team works 8-4:30~on PST hours, but will sometimes need to shift to CST or EST hours to accommodate for where the cases are taking place at that particular time.
• An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
