Requirements

• You can show us what good looks like, and you'll tell us when something isn't. The AI floor keeps rising, so the work needs to be distinctly better than what everyone else is shipping. • ✏️ You want to make the work • You might have led teams at an agency or studio, but now you'd rather be an “IC” and build a new category. You're senior, and you still love the craft. • 🛍️ You're rooted in consumer brands • Consumer brand experience is ideal. Careers are part of everyones life, and we want our brand to feel that way. • 🎬 You work in static and motion • 2D and 3D, stills and moving image - you know your way around modern tools like After Effects, Jitter or Blender (alternatives welcome)

You'll work hard, and we want to clear your plate to make sure that you have everything you need to be able to perform at your very best! • 💰 Total Compensation for this role is £90-150K (we let you choose your cash : equity split) • 🏥 Private health insurance with Bupa • 🚗 Uber home if you're working late • 🍲 Deliveroo dinners in the office • 🧽 Fortnightly home clean • 💻 Brand new MacBook • 📂 HOW TO APPLY • Send us your portfolio ([email protected]). • Our process: portfolio review, a 30-minute chat, then one day paid trial to see if it's a mutual fit.
