Requirements

• You are a proven B2B SaaS seller with experience selling into agencies, marketing teams, SEO teams, or adjacent partner ecosystems. • You understand the agency world: how agencies evaluate tools, build client proposals, manage retainers, and decide which platforms become part of their operating model. • You are comfortable selling an emerging category and can translate new technology into clear commercial value. • You are consultative, curious, and commercially sharp. You can diagnose an agency’s business model, understand their clients’ needs, and show how Searchable helps them grow revenue, improve retention, and differentiate their offering. • You have strong outbound instincts and are happy building pipelines from scratch, not just managing inbound demand. • You can run a disciplined sales process, qualify effectively, manage multiple stakeholders, and close high-quality customers. • You are credible with senior agency leaders, but equally comfortable working with practitioners in SEO, content, analytics, growth, and client strategy. • Extensive B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally with ownership of full-cycle closing. • Experience selling to agencies, SEO teams, digital marketing teams, PR teams, or marketing technology buyers. • Experience selling partner, agency, or multi-account models. • A strong track record of hitting or exceeding quota. • Ability to prospect creatively and build senior relationships across agencies. • Strong discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where speed, iteration, and ownership matter. • Interest in AI search, SEO, AEO, GEO, digital marketing, analytics, or the future of brand discovery. • Existing relationships across SEO, digital, performance, PR, or content agencies. • Experience in SEO, content marketing, martech, analytics, social listening, PR tech, or competitive intelligence. • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Salesforce, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Similarweb, or related marketing platforms. • Experience helping agencies package new services or build recurring revenue streams around emerging technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the full agency sales cycle, from targeted prospecting and discovery through demo, proposal, negotiation, and close. • Build relationships with SEO, digital, content, PR, growth, and innovation leaders across independent agencies, networks, and holding-company groups. • Develop a clear understanding of how agencies package services, win new business, retain clients, and adopt new technology. • Position Searchable as a strategic platform that helps agencies measure AI search visibility, uncover client opportunities, benchmark competitors, and prove ROI. • Work with agencies to identify high-value client use cases across SEO, AEO, content strategy, digital PR, e-commerce, B2B demand generation, and brand visibility. • Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to create agency-specific messaging, collateral, webinars, case studies, and outbound campaigns. • Partner with customer success to ensure agency customers are onboarded effectively and able to scale Searchable across multiple clients. • Feed market insight back into product, helping shape features, workflows, reporting, and packaging for agencies. • Help define Searchable’s agency GTM motion, including ICP, qualification criteria, sales process, pricing feedback, partner tiers, and expansion playbooks. • Represent Searchable in the agency ecosystem through events, community, direct outreach, and trusted relationships.
