Easyship - Account Executive
Requirements
• Easyship is a shipping technology platform that connects sellers and marketplaces to couriers, and we build customized end-to-end logistics solutions for the world's fastest-growing brands. As our pipeline grows, we need closers who can turn qualified opportunities into happy, scaling customers. We're looking for an Account Executive who knows eCommerce and shipping, runs a tight sales process, and loves the work of discovery, demo, and close. You'll own a book of business from first conversation to signed deal, helping merchants solve real logistics problems with Easyship. • What would you be responsible for: • Owning the full sales cycle for your accounts, from qualification and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close. • Building and managing a healthy pipeline through a mix of inbound leads and self-sourced outbound prospecting. • Running consultative discovery to understand each merchant's shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment needs, and mapping Easyship's solution to them. • Delivering compelling product demos and ROI-based business cases that move deals forward. • Negotiating commercial terms and closing deals to consistently hit and exceed quota. • Working collaboratively with global teams across sales engineering, onboarding, and customer success to ensure a smooth handoff and strong customer start. • Keeping CRM data, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene accurate and up to date. • Staying informed about market dynamics and competitor activity to help Easyship maintain a competitive edge. • You Might Be a Good Fit If • You have 3+ years of B2B sales experience with a track record of carrying and exceeding a quota, preferably in SaaS or logistics. • You have experience owning a full sales cycle and closing net-new business. • You have understanding of or strong interest in eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics. • You have experience working in a metrics-driven environment with a defined sales process. • A "Data-First" approach and strong commercial and analytical skills. • You are skilled in influencing and collaborating with distributed global teams. • You have excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. • You possess resourcefulness, resilience, and self-motivation, and you thrive in ambiguity within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with high expectations. • The Way We Work: • The Way We Work: • Ownership: You take responsibility for outcomes, not just tasks • Ownership: • Collaboration: You share context and move forward together • Collaboration: • Resilience: You adapt quickly and keep momentum • Resilience: • Integrity: You operate with honesty and transparency • Integrity: • Diversity: You value different perspectives • Diversity: • Initiative: You take action and learn by doing • Initiative: • Growth mindset: You seek feedback and continuously improve • Growth mindset:
