Requirements

• The position focuses on working directly with leading application teams to improve their experience using Arbitrum technology, accelerate growth, and bring ambitious onchain products to market. • 8+ years of experience in technical roles, ideally in solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture. • 4+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams. • Strong experience designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical requirements into implementation plans. • Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic client engagements by partnering with customers to develop bespoke solution concepts, guide onboarding and adoption, and build long-term partnerships. • Proactively identify and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams. • Relay feedback from projects and the developer community to the Product team and shape go-to-market strategy for new products. • Collaborate with engineering and research teams to improve the platform based on client work. • Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem. • working with fintech companies or financial institutions to improve or transform core infrastructure. • in technical roles, ideally in solutions engineering, software engineering, infrastructure, or architecture. • leading and developing high-performing technical teams. • designing scalable, reliable systems and translating complex technical • into implementation plans. • Fundamental understanding of blockchain technology, including decentralized networks, smart contracts, rollups, and onchain infrastructure. • working directly with clients, communicating technical concepts clearly, and guiding implementation decisions. • writing Rust, Solidity or Golang. • Passion for blockchain technologies and strong collaboration
