• You’ve done this before. You have receipts. • Proven experience scaling a creator tool, consumer SaaS, mobile subscription app, or high-growth B2C product • Strong understanding of creator distribution (sponsorships, affiliates, UGC) • Ability to run growth as a system: experiments, metrics, accountability • Comfortable hiring and managing specialists • Startup/operator mindset: scrappy, fast, high ownership • Experience with YouTube creator ecosystems • Experience scaling from early traction to meaningful ARR • Experience operating with tight margin constraints and CAC discipline • High autonomy • Direct communication • Fast iteration cycles • Ownership mindset
