Requirements
• Someone who already: • Knows cold email deliverability inside out – you understand domains, inbox setup, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, bounce hygiene and how to consistently land in the primary inbox instead of spam. • Knows cold email deliverability inside out • Has built high-volume sending infrastructure – you've operated dozens or hundreds of mailboxes and domains across tools like Smartlead or Instantly, and you know how to scale sending safely to 6–7 figures per month. • Has built high-volume sending infrastructure • Writes copy that sounds human, not templated • Owns data and list building • Thinks in experiments – A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and decisions driven by numbers. • Thinks in experiments • Knows modern MarTech and CRM stacks. • Knows modern MarTech and CRM stacks • Speaks German at native level and is fluent in English. • Speaks German at native level
