Requirements

Responsibilities
• Own GTM and AI agent initiatives end-to-end, from defining business needs to launch, measurement, and optimization. • Work closely with Sales and Customer teams to translate revenue processes into AI agent workflows and playbooks. • Configure AI agents, including prompts, skills, policies, tools, and integrations. • Build and maintain automations connecting agents with Salesforce, monday.com http://monday.com, Slack, and other systems. • Test, evaluate, and continuously improve agent performance. • Analyze sales and usage data using SQL to identify opportunities and measure business impact. • Lead pilots, drive adoption, and collaborate with engineering and leadership teams.
