Requirements

Responsibilities
• Vertical Strategy: Serve as the primary lead for our airline commerce media client, aligning Vantage’s solutions with the specific objectives of the travel and loyalty ecosystem. • Vertical Strategy: • Launch Process Architecture: Architect and refine launch processes for our airline partner, ensuring cross-functional teams (Product, Ad Ops, and Sales) are aligned for takeoff. • Launch Process Architecture: • Strategic Leadership: Lead recurring strategy sessions and QBRs, delivering data-driven insights that translate traveler behavior into actionable marketing roadmaps. • Strategic Leadership: • Platform Enablement: Facilitate advanced platform training for new users, collaborating with Ad Ops to ensure seamless technical onboarding. • Platform Enablement: • Full Lifecycle Management: Oversee procurement, contracting, and technical integration workflows, ensuring a smooth transition from initial sale to full-scale execution. • Full Lifecycle Management: • SaaS & Project Mastery: Manage timelines, risks, and requirements across complex product workstreams using a high degree of technical aptitude. • SaaS & Project Mastery: • Operational Contribution: Share delivery learnings to help refine airline launch processes, documentation, and best practices as Vantage scales its airline business. • Operational Contribution: • Domain Interest: A passion for the evolution of commerce media and its application within the travel and aviation sectors. • Domain Interest: • Experience: Significant experience in account management or custoemr success—specifically across ad-tech, mar-tech, or commerce media. Experience with major Ad Platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) and platforms such as Customer Data Platforms is strongly preferred.
