Requirements
• Quarterly trips to Santa Monica or Tempe Arizona for strategic conversations may be required • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • 5+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related experience • 3+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including configuration, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and reporting/dashboarding (certifications required) • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills across business and technical teams • Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement • Experience supporting high-growth environments • Advanced Salesforce experience (e.g., Flow, automation, integrations, or CPQ) • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering teams • Familiarity with BI or data tools such as SQL or Tableau • Experience leading system implementations or transformation initiatives • As part of our team you’ll enjoy: • Competitive salary • Exceptional benefits package • Flexible Vacation & Paid Time Off • Employer-matched 401(k) plan • A fun environment where work-life balance is valued • The US base pay range for this full-time position is $110,000-$127,500. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location, and the range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, role-related knowledge and skills, depth of experience, relevant education or training, and additional role-related considerations. • Depending on the position offered, equity, bonuses, commission, or other forms of compensation may also be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
