Airwallex - GTM Partnerships Manager, SME & Growth

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent. • Native proficiency in written and spoken Thai to work with clients based in Thailand • 5+ years’ experience in partnerships, sales, marketing, business development or go-to-market strategy, within a fintech environment • Existing relationships or a strong network with referral partners in technology, e-commerce, start-ups, travel or corporate service providers etc. across Thailand • Experience acquiring and managing commercial partnerships, including prospecting, negotiation, proposal development, contracting, onboarding and activation. • A track record of delivering revenue through partner referrals or other channel-led routes to market. • Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills. • Strong analytical skills and experience using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. • YOU'LL THRIVE HERE IF • You have a track record of hitting your numbers, and you’re motivated by stretch goals. • You enjoy working closely with people across multiple countries and time zones as part of one connected, global team, including flexing your hours occasionally to make that connection work. • You’re comfortable making decisions with incomplete information and moving quickly anyway. • You own the outcome and you don’t wait for permission to fix what’s broken. • You communicate clearly and directly across cultures, and you’re thoughtful about how context shifts meaning across borders.
