Requirements
• 5+ years of technical recruiting, with real ownership of process design, not just sourcing • Experience recruiting for customer-facing technical roles: implementation, deployment, solutions, or field engineering • Comfortable building process from scratch: there's no playbook here yet • Direct experience running interview loops and calibration sessions with technical hiring managers, not just scheduling them • Fluent with an ATS/pipeline tool (Linear, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) and willing to work in Linear specifically • Can hold a real conversation with a hiring manager about a candidate's technical signal, not just relay a score • Experience recruiting into a multi-entity or holding-company structure • Startup experience as the first or only recruiter in the building
Responsibilities
• Full-cycle technical recruiting for ATLAS: sourcing through signed offer, for deployment, implementation, and other customer-facing technical roles • Build and run the interview process end to end (scorecards, structured loops, hiring-manager calibration) for a team that doesn't have one yet • Own hiring manager relationships directly • Triage pipeline problems before they surface in leadership check-ins: slow stages, weak sourcing channels, interviewer no-shows, offer-stage drop-off • Act as a thought partner on role scoping and leveling for roles that are still being defined • Run the Linear-based hiring pipeline and keep it current without being asked • Partner with Anderson on offer construction using the existing offer letter templates • WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH • Reports to the COO • Primary hiring manager: Chief Engineer • First 90 days: A real interview process exists where there wasn't one: scorecards, defined stages, and a working relationship with Lila on what "good" looks like for ATLAS roles. • Months 3-6: Owns roles end to end, job description through signed offer. Pipeline problems get caught and fixed before they show up in leadership check-ins. • Ongoing: The go-to person for every technical hire at ATLAS. No surprises about req status in weekly updates.
