• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. • Minimum of 10 years of origination experience in the Midwest region. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proven track record in structured deal-making and strong experience developing and maintaining professional industry relationships. • Master’s degree in business, finance or engineering preferred. • Excellent sales & communication skills. • Ability to effectively present proposals to Senior level executives both internally and externally. • Able to structure & execute complex, long-term “win-win” agreements. • Midwest Definition - The Midwest is defined as all states encompassed by the geographic area extending from Ohio to North Dakota and from Tennessee to Colorado. • Midwest Definition • Remote work is being considered for this role excluding the following states:  California, Connecticut, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Tennessee unless willing to relocate. • Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
