Requirements
• Domain expertise that fits Resolve's world: field service, owned asset maintenance (utilities, offshore, manufacturing floor), or facility management. You know the difference between servicing someone else's assets and maintaining your own, and you can speak fluently to whichever side you've lived in. • Real technical fluency, short of engineering. You understand what an ERP integration actually needs: the data fields, what a request means from a storage and usage standpoint, and where functionality gaps show up in the tools customers already use. You don't need to write the code, but you can brief an AI engineer (or the config agent) precisely enough that they know exactly what you mean the first time. • Comfort in the sales motion. You can hold your own with a prospect, not just a signed customer, building trust on-site, in the plant or the field, without a jargon-heavy deck. • A finisher's mindset. You can own a delivery intensely for the weeks it takes to get a customer live, then hand it off without lingering and move to the next deal. • A genuine curiosity about how our customers work. You're willing to go to them, step into their world, and see the job get done on their floor, in their plant, or out in the field, not just hear about it secondhand. • Come and solve hard problems with us.
