Instead, you take initiative, ask thoughtful questions, and help prospects envision better ways of working. • You are comfortable demonstrating software to business stakeholders while also experimenting with modern tools to prototype practical workflow solutions. • 2-6 years of experience in a pre sales, solutions engineering, or solutions consulting role within a SaaS environment. • Proven experience delivering compelling software demonstrations in enterprise sales processes. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and modern B2B marketing workflows. • Ability to ask insightful discovery questions and translate business challenges into solution approaches. • Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders including Directors, VPs, and CMOs. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, business focused language. • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot. • Practical understanding of APIs, integrations, and how data flows between systems • Experience working with enterprise procurement processes including security and data privacy discussions. • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to coordinate across sales, product, and customer success teams. • Experience working with marketing analytics or BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. • Familiarity with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms. • Curiosity and hands on experimentation with modern AI tools that support marketing insights or workflow automation. • What Winning Looks Like • Helping prospects clearly understand how Oktopost solves their business challenges. • Accelerating deal velocity through thoughtful discovery and tailored solution demonstrations. • Building credibility and trust with both business and technical stakeholders. • Enabling Account Executives to progress opportunities with clarity and confidence. • Demonstrating innovative workflow solutions that expand how prospects think about using Oktopost. • Sharing insights from sales conversations that influence product development and go to market strategy.

Responsibilities

• As the technical and strategic counterpart to Account Executives, you will support the full sales cycle from discovery through solution design and technical validation. • You will play a key role in helping prospects understand how Oktopost fits into their marketing technology ecosystem and how it can deliver measurable impact for their organization. • This role works closely with Account Executives across both the US and UK teams, so some flexibility in working hours is required to support collaboration across time zones. • Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery conversations and uncover the underlying business challenges prospects are trying to solve. • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that align Oktopost capabilities with real marketing and revenue outcomes. • Translate prospect requirements into practical solution designs that show how Oktopost fits within their existing martech stack. • Explain integrations, APIs, and data flows in clear business terms to both technical and non technical stakeholders. • Prototype simple automation or AI enabled workflows that demonstrate how Oktopost data can support reporting, analytics, and decision making processes. • Lead technical validation stages including architecture discussions, integration questions, and security reviews. • Support RFP responses and security questionnaires in collaboration with Product, Security, and Customer Success teams. • Provide competitive insight and help position Oktopost effectively during the evaluation process. • Maintain feedback loops with Product and Product Marketing to continuously improve messaging, collateral, and solution positioning. • Participate in regular sales strategy and pipeline discussions to stay aligned on priorities and deal progression.
